I have made me an interactive PDF for Kill Team from Games Workshop that is optimized for the A4 format and can count my team value automatically.

Admittedly: not as chic as the one from GW. But it's better. It makes optimal use of the A4 format - for more important information.

You can download the result at the bottom of this page. But here are a few more pointers on how to get the maximum benefit from the document.

Start right above and navigate comfortably from point to point using the tab key. Of course you can also just print it out and write everything in with a pen :)

Calculate team points automatically

The data card contains a little more information than the standard overview and…. Tadaa !! - automatically adds up points for the model and for the whole kill team.

More information at hand

In order for this to work, I added some information and repositioned it.

For example, I moved the specialization up (#1 on image above) and added the "type" (e.g. "Neophyte Fighter") (#2 on the image above).

You can enter points for the type and for the weapons (#3 on the image above), which are then added up for the figure and the team. So you always have the team value under control.

Your skills at a glance

I created the fields for weapon and model skills (#A on image below) so that you can enter several lines. This leaves space for small comments about what is hidden behind the ability. In the new version you can add points for your skills (#B on image below). Just write the sum of the points in the back field.

You can also enter the faction and keywords on the new Kill Team data sheet (#C on image below)

Changes made easy

Changes, such as experience levels, can be ticked and characters can easily be exchanged without having to use the eraser.

I added a skull field to the flesh wounds so that I remember that my character is only knocked out when it suffers its fourth wound (and not already with the third).

The font is small, but even I can read it without glasses (make sure that you print out the form 100% (and not reduced to page size).

Delete and save buttons

Above the form there is a button for deleting all entries. You should only click it if you are absolutely sure that you want to re-enter everything :)

Below is a "Save" button (#D on image above) that will prompt you to save the document under a new name. You can of course also choose the normal save dialog.

The buttons do not appear on the printout.
